PR-C858011B-4 is a high-reliability, critical component designed for the lubrication oil systems of  centrifugal air compressors.

Working Principle: Integrated manual changeover valve with dual filter housings (one chamber in operation, one on standby).

Application Media: Centrifugal compressor lubricating oil (protecting high-speed bearings and gearboxes).

Primary Function: Removes metallic wear debris, carbon deposits, and airborne particulates from the oil circuit to protect the high-speed pinion shafts and bearings.

High-Efficiency Filtration: Typically utilizes high-strength fiberglass or stainless steel wire mesh elements with a filtration rating of 5 to 10 microns (depending on specific model specs). It features high dirt-holding capacity and low pressure drop.

Pressure Equalization/Bled Valve: Features a built-in balance valve to pre-fill and vent the standby housing before full changeover. This eliminates pressure spikes or drops that could trigger a "Low Oil Pressure" safety trip.
